Dr. Ingalls is a graduate of the College of Medicine, University of Vermont. She holds a Masters Degree in Education and has taught at the college and graduate level. She has practiced medicine for 25 years as a board-certified family physician and is presently focusing her practice on women in the mid-life transition. She is a Certified Menopause Practitioner with the North American Menopause Society.
Her passion is health, nutrition, and assisting women to become their best.
